  My fiancé and I were always invested in our future knowing that because we are high school sweet hearts. Our biggest investment in life we knew was buying a home so after the last year searching and researching homes and tips on buying the right home for us we decided to look for a mortgage lender. After 3 different failed lenders We knew we weren't getting the best service nor the best deal on a mortgage so buying a home seemed to be a frustrating process and felt like it was impossible for us. We always thought buying our first home was going to be exciting and easy well the first 3 lenders made it a nightmare. Our realtor kept recommending Bryan Stahl at Fidelis Mortgage Corp , but we weren't too sure because of the first 3 experiences with the other lenders. Eventually we bought in to Bryan , he ensured us we'd be getting the best deal for a mortgage. We believed in Bryan and turned out we got a better rate then the previous lender and closing cost came to be affordable which he ensured it would be. We were able to put in an offer on a beautiful home and the seller accepted our offer!! The great thing about Fidelis Mortgage Corp is it is built to be a family oriented business which was perfect for us because We are big on family and also that they are a local lender which means we were able to drive there in person if We ever had to and not deal with the middle man which seemed to be an issue with the other lenders. It feels good to be a new home owner so We want to thank Bryan Stahl and the others from Fidelis Mortgage Corp for the excellent service!

  The customer service given to me during the pre approval, approval ask the way to closing day was amazing. The reps were so attentive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who was mining to purchase/finance a home.

  Hands down the best Mortgage Corp. out there. I've used them for both of the houses I've purchased. Bryan is as professional as they come and leaves no leaf unturned when trying to get the best deal possible for you. I've highly recommended Fidelis to friends and they have come back with nothing but positive things to say as well. You won't regret using Fidelis.

  We were working with Brent Stahl from Fidelis and would totally recommend him and Fidelis Mortgage Corp. We started this process back in the spring and finally found the property this fall to close on. Brent was quick to respond and give us updated numbers on the various properties that we were interested in. At the end of the process, our rate and projected closing numbers came in better than projected, which is the ideal situation.. Brent went above and beyond for my wife and I . He responded back to us quickly even when he was out of the country on vacation, as well as showing up at closing in person. In other deals I don't remember if that happened but we knew Brent was there this round. We really made out and are thankful for Brent's communication and the team at Fidelis's diligence on our behalf. Highly recommended!

  Dustin Shank and his team at the Wyomissing branch have been phenomenal for my family. They were able to get us approved for our home purchase in 2017 and then a refi in 2019. We will only be using Dustin for our mortgage needs!!

  I have worked side by side with Fidelis on many transactions. The staff is always available to help out they are knowledgeable and they always make sure deals get to the table. I have used them for USDA VA FHA and Conventional loans and the process is always great. If you are looking to buy a home you need to make sure you have Fidelis on your team!!
