  Unfortunately they do not know what they're doing .... they were going to give me $65 for 14k gold diamond ring and $25 for a 14k gold diamond necklace from Jared's 😂😂😂😂 they should not post about buying/selling jewelry they know nothing about it!

  Not a fan of this place, came in the other day went to the EMPTY line in the back to ask a question about jewelry and stood there for 10 minutes BYMYSELF while the employees just stood there joking and laughing. It wasn’t until they saw that I was physically getting upset at their bs, that one of the workers decided to give me service. Not without an attitude of course.

  I had the most pleasant experience at Pawn Plus this morning. I didn't catch the young lady's name, wish I would've, but she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

  This place really doesn’t know what It’s doing. I’m never going there again. Definitely don’t go on short time cause they’re in no rush or moderate pace. Got there to wait on a guy who left other people alone at the counter to go to the bathroom for 20 mins talk about a sea turtle

  I agree. Poor attitudes and not giving you the decent amount of money. Don't sell to them. $7,000 ring and pawned it for $500. I asked what the buying price would be. Again $500. WTH. Pawning there is a nightmare too. But if you need fast cash it is an option. Not many pawn shops around here.

  Horrible Western union service. The ladies, especially the oldest with red her, she was very rude. Doesn't have any courtesy. I gave her all needed information to send money, but she wrote wrong name and phone and address. She was doing that on purpose, I guess. Don't go there for money transfer. Bad experience.

  I give a one star review because they are taking total advantage of people. They are a pawn shop which means loans and you can show up with 1000 dollars in jewelry and their like I'll do 20 bucks

  I went to Pawn Plus two days ago on January 4, 2021 to get an item out and the doors were locked with a sign on the door that read "CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE." What the hell???????

  Brittney helped me and was very welcoming the minute I walked into the door. We were able to have a reasonable discussion on products and the price👍🏻 I’ll def be back!

  Amazing place. Always there for me during crunch time. Highly recommend , whether selling or purchasing.
