  Mason was our salesman! And he was awesome!!!❤ Buying a used car for our 16 yr old grandson was great (almost painless) because Mason was such a pleasure to work with! Of course, Don Lemon is always pleasant and helpful as well! We have been big fans of Atkinson Toyota for over 30 years. They always treat us like we are their #1 concern! Highly recommend them!

  My daughter and her husband were searching for a vehicle they could afford. Lindsey worked hard for two days to get them in an affordable, dependable vehicle. All the people were very polite and professional. I told Lindsey that when the time came I would come to him for my next vehicle. He convinced me I could go ahead and get one since all my information had been run cosigning for the kids. Later that day I had forgotten to retrieve some keys from my corolla that I traded in. It was 8:30 but I went to the lot. There was a sales manager still there who found my vehicle and let me in to clean out the one cubby I had overlooked. Very satisfied with all aspects of both sales! Thank you Atkinson!!!! You will see us again!

  Great customer service. I bought a car on my lunch break, without a test drive since I did my research. The sales guy completely understood. Finance dept was honest and played no games. Later the truck has a small engine issue and service dept took extremely good care of me so I could get in and out, with a cool drink and nice place to sit while I waited.

  Drove in from out of town to purchase a specific Camry. Leading up to the in-person visit I worked with Felipe Escalante. He was very polite professional and punctual with agreements to help speed along the buying process before I arrived. Once there everyone was friendly and it was smooth to the finish. Great experience with Felipe. I definitely recommend his help buying a car.

  I was looking for a specific car and I found it at this dealership. The dealership is 2 hours away. I called and spoke with Lauren Stipp. She was wonderful. I was able to negotiate a trade for my vehicle and the price of the purchased vehicle over the phone. I've never done that before. I had my own financing with my credit union. I called Lauren to tell her that I would accept the deal. She pulled the car off of the lot and had it cleaned and prepped before I got there. She also suggested certain documents to send prior to my arrival to speed up the process. Perfect! When I got there, I spoke with Joe Saucer in the finance office. He was amazing, too. Thanks to Lauren's prep work, I was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes. No, I am not exaggerating. Everything was exactly as we discussed over the phone. There were no surprises. I couldn't have asked for anything different to make the experience any better. About a week later, I called and spoke to the sales manager, Bryan Sharp, to tell him about the experience with Lauren. He was actually the one that worked with Lauren and approved the deal on her end. Just fabulous. It was a long drive to buy a car, but it was worth every mile. I will look there, first, when I am in need of another car and will refer them to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Oh, and just so you know, I have bought many cars in the past so this was not my first time. Over the years, I can say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Lauren, Joe and Bryan. I hope this review helps anyone considering this dealership and I also hope it helps the staff with any possibilities of praise and/or positive recognition from management.

  The price they offered to a friend of mine to buy the Corolla they sold to her themselve was lower than even the non-Toyota dealers in town and they didn't even bother to negotiate!! The guy just said that's our final offer and good luck finding better one (which we found). My friend said the time they sold the car to her they were really "nice"!! So be careful... their attitude change 180 degrees from buying and selling the same car.

  I drove all the way from Houston to Bryan after having a bad experience at another dealership. Everyone at Atkinson was so nice and honest. As a female purchasing a vehicle alone I did not feel like I was being tricked or taken advantage of. I am so happy with the deal I received and my new car. TJ Seneff is a great salesman to work with! They have my business from now on.

  Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the overall experience with Atkinson Toyota Scion. I especially want to thank Liz Robertson for her excellent salesmanship. She was simply awesome. She was professional as well as courteous. She has great people skills which is paramount in the sales arena. Thank you guys so much for giving me the best car purchase I've ever had.

  Put our own battery in our 2008 Prius and had some loose cords that caused electric issues. Serviceman Jim said he'd check it out for free and fixed the loose connections for no charge. Because of how we were treated, Brazos Toyota has our business going forward. Money is tight right now and we couldnt be more thankful for a quick fix without charge. Thank you Jim for giving us a good experience.
