I was having issues with my account being frozen. I came in close to close on Friday. Cheyanne was so helpful and kind. We weren’t able to resolve my problem that day because the manager had left for the day, but she put me on the top of her things to take care the following Monday. She followed up with me on Monday after she handled my account to let me know everything had been handled. She is the first banker I’ve ever dealt with who actually cared about her client!! I have left a lot banks because the compassion towards me was lacking. I really appreciated Cheyanne’s concern and compassion to my problem. Even though the start up with BB&T was rocky, Cheyanne went above and beyond to make up for the problem. She’s a rockstar!!

This Bank is a RIPOFF, do not use this bank. Even though you deposited the money it is not in the bank they will only release $100 dollars of any deposit. Meaning you will get an overdraft fee, even though money is there. Customer Service is horrible, drive through banking takes at least 10 - 15 minutes to get business done, the wait inside the bank will also take 10 - 15 minutes if not longer. Not only that but they also have a monthly fee, and if you go over your allowed transactions for that month you will be charged for every item going over that limit. I do not see them staying here very long, because we are not the only ones pulling our accounts out of this bank.

Horrible bank, they wont close my account and it keeps going into the negatives. Been trying to close it for a week, they keep saying that my cash deposit is pending? how can a cash deposit be pending idk. If you don't want any problems with a bank this is not the one to bank with, go down the road and open an account with Chase or Wells Fargo. Plus they don't answer there phones in the morning hours say 9am but at 930am still no answer. USE CAUTION with this bank!

I have been a long time customer of BB&T. They are a bank that and as long as you have money on deposit in the bank you can use it. As far as the $100.00 rule I understand this is a Texas State requirement. I have met some very nice staff and a few just ok staff at BB&T. In other banks, not BB&T, I met some not nice staff.

Corporate HQ Customer Service is terrible. YOu cant get a live person unless you have a special pin - So if your account is compromised - good luck --you can't ever get a live person. It is the corporate office customer service phone system -whatever option you choose you need that speciai pin. Someone should be fired at corporate for having a totally useless service 800/888. Its not customer service at corporate ..it's customer nightmare service. Local people are fine - never any issue. Account for many years before it was First American then BBT and heads should role at the corporate office with this kind of service system. I see many people state the same issue with corporate. No one cares...they just say "Im so sorry for your trouble but there is nothing they can do". Its pitiful.

Cannot stand this bank. Understaffed so the line inside or the drive-thru takes FOREVER. They have tons of fees that I didn't have with Citibank. Deposits take forever to clear. The mobile app works well and I try to do all my banking online so that I never have to go to the bank.

My transfers from USAA Bank were not accepted. My deposits were not accepted for four days. This has caused me to be overdrawn. Thank heavens that I have accounts at USAA & Prosperity.

Not the most accommodating of banks. Their employees are nice enough but the services provided are a bit lacking.

Hands down the worse bank I’ve ever did business with! Customer service is horrible and every time I went there I had problems getting my money out! They aren’t even worth the 1 star I had to give them to write this review!
