  My husband and I have switched between several banks over the last several months, trying to find a bank that met our needs and felt like a good place to be. The biggest issue we found is that most banks tended to treat us like just another account. We switched to First Financial last week and have had the pleasure of working with Natalie Kidd and Nick. First thing I will say is that the customer service (in the branch and over the phone with customer service) is top notch. Everyone working there was very pleasant and had a smile on when they spoke with me. Each person I spoke with made me feel important and that they appreciated my business and not like just another account number. I'm happy to say that I think we will be banking here and building a relationship with First Financial for a very long time. Thank you First Financial for exceptional customer service.

  I worked with Melanie Motley and First Financial Bank to buy my first home recently. It was a great experience. All of my questions were answered clearly and everything was handled in a timely manner. Even when our closing date was moved a day earlier with little notice, Melanie was able to make everything happen on time and secure our loan. She is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend!

  Melissa and First Financial are top notch! They have an app where you can upload all of your documents and track your progress of your loan. I was able to do everything online. Melissa was kind and thorough! I will use her and her company again for my future lending needs!

Many people can be a banker. Melanie is a GREAT banker because she truly cares about YOU. And as a side note the FFN loan app is wonderful and extremely easy to use for everything related to your loan.
