  Brooks was extremely communicative! As a first time home buyer, I had A LOT of questions on the financial end of the process. She was patient in answering all my questions and was available via phone or text (seemingly at all hours of the day too!). I trusted her completely. She also had me take a first-time home buyer course that was very useful; it truly helped me understand the home buying process, especially all the jargon.
