  I purchased the bracelet for a best man gift and it turned almost black it looked horrible. I was very embarrass when my husband showed it to me. When I returned it to the store they told me the only thing they can do is clean it. I have lots of silver jewelry that has never turned or looked like that. The bracelet is sterling silver and the color change was because of the skin and mineral in the silver.. blaaaaa blaaaa. My complaint is when I purchased it they were so friendly and nice but when I had a problem they turn to completely different people. Very disappointed. 😢

  Trina sterling silver turns often and has reactions at times with individuals skin. There in no predicting that. Not sure why this warrants a bad review because of a reaction to sterling silver which we cannot control. Maybe you should try white gold and see what happens against the skin.

  Great experience at reliable jewelry! Greg helped my fiance and I with finding my wedding band. We also got it sized through them. Perfect workmanship. The band is curved and has filigree around it. It was just as beautiful after the sizing. Will be coming here again for our jewelry needs!

  My husband and I have known the Family/ Owners for 23+ years. We have purchased 4-5 diamond pieces from Reliable Jewelry and my experience has always been amazing! They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, they allow me to play, be picky and indecisive. I keep a running "wish list" and my husband knows exactly who to call to get that gift set up, shipped and arriving on time! They always say to have a “good jeweler” Thank you for being ours!

  I took my future fiancee to Reliable Loan and Jewelry to look at engagement rings and was greeted by sales associate Gregg A. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We came from Goldsboro because Reliable had been recommended by a friend. The store is beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxing. No pressure whatsoever. The selection in the store was amazing! We found exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Gregg! I would recommend Reliable Loan and Jewelry to anyone interested in quality jewelry. Their attention to detail cannot be beat!

  Super nice people. Fair prices, communicate well if they are working on something for you, and are really helpful in explaining the different considerations of a major purchase. Yes it is a pawn shop, but their selection of jewelry is like a store at the mall. They can even customize stuff there for you! If you are shopping around for jewelry, definitely stop by and take a look around.

  My husband has found the most beautiful estate jewelry pieces for me at Reliable Loans. I used to sell jewelry and I'm super picky. Each piece he has found here has been a delight: beautiful pendents, hard to find scenic cameos, and this Christmas an art deco ruby and diamond tennis bracelet. And who knew they have someone for appraisals available all the time, appointments rarely needed. They offer patient and relaxed service and unexpected courtesy adjustments and fixes for their regulars. You won't find that in a baileys box!

  I was visiting Raleigh last week for a wedding and needed to purchase my wife a gift for graduating her residency. I was told that that there would be a great selection here by a friend and he was correct! I worked with Tom and he helped me find the perfect 14kt .50 ctw diamond earrings! He was a pleasure to work with because I did not feel pressured to buy one item over another. Next time I'm in Raleigh I will make sure to come back through again!
