  Tarlton Polk has represented our son and defended him in a first degree murder trial. This was the most horrific time of our lives. Mr. Polk went for self defense. He was very confident in his strategies in this case. We watched him work from jury selection to closing argument. We were so amazed at how this attorney worked this case. I personally watched and listened to every thing in the trial. I was so impressed with him and his profession. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Our son is not charged with first or second degree murder. Mr. Polk’s name and his work will always be a part of our family legacy. We Bragg on his name because it’s the truth. He is the truth.   Mr. Brad Polk and Ms. Daisy was very helpful during a stressful scary time! They answered all my questions worked with my fear of court and got everything dismissed and expunged like it never happened very fast! I would recommend him to whoever is going threw the legal system and wants someone who is honest and fast and on your side! I hope I don't have to call them again but if I do i would definitely hire them! Thank you Brad and Daisy!!

  My family hired Brad Polk to represent me in a probation violation case from out of state. Brad was a terrific lawyer. He was responsive to my family’s phone calls and gave them updates about me. He also was very well prepared for court. He listened to me and asked lots of questions. I swear I could see him thinking and putting things together as I spoke. My case was dismissed and I went home. Brad and his team followed up with me days later. It was a great experience. I got into this mess because other lawyers didn’t want to take time to defend me they only spoke about deals, and took my money. Brad wasn’t like that. I should have hired him from the beginning, Lord only knows I lost and spent much more money taking a deal than I did hiring a good competent lawyer.

He’s been helping me since 2016 on my first ticket , one of my best friends recommended me to Polk and Thank God I did make that call !!
