  Edyta was recommended by a friend for my first home purchase. I was nervous and felt lost in the home buying maze. Edyta helped me through it. No question felt dumb. I purchased another home this year and she was the first person I called. She responded promptly (on a weekend!) and helped me get a pre-qualification letter right away so I could put an offer on a house. Once again, she helped me with every step even after the close of the house. She called that day to congratulate me and followed up several weeks later as well. It helps to have a team on place for a purchase like this. She is the first I will call and I would recommend her to anyone.

  My wife and I were VERY happy with the service from Edyta at Service First Morgtage. Throughout the complex loan process, she was knowledgeable, attentive, and very personable. She always kept us in the loop about what was going on in the process, and was prompt about returning emails and phone calls. She ended up getting us a great rate with an FHA loan, and as an added bonus she set us up with an amazing real estate broker whom she works closely with. We are very glad that we ended up choosing Service First Mortgage and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else in the Triangle!

  As a first time homeowner my knowledge was very basic. It became apparent from our very first conversation that I would be asking a ton of questions and everything would have to be explained as if I had never heard certain terms or phrases related to homeownership. Edyta was awesome when it came to answering my questions. She never made me feel like I was more difficult to work with than someone who’s done this a time or two before. I got the sense that she actually enjoys her work and truly wanted to make sure we found what would work best for me and my situation. I did my best to provide what was asked for by her, and she was very efficient with getting back to me with any questions I had as well as letting me know what was going to happen next in the process. That made everything progress smoothly, and made what I expected to be a stressful time the exact opposite. I’m very thankful for Edyta. She’s great at what she does and she exceeded all of my expectations. Always available by phone, text, email, made fairly accurate estimates as to what my payments would look like depending on a number of factors, always being an optimistic/positive person when in contact. I’m hoping I won’t need to relocate any time soon, but if that situation does come up, Edyta is the first person I’ll call.

  I cannot say enough about Edyta Rhodes. She is just amazing and with up-to-date information and incredible knowledge. After getting with two other lenders, who could not approve me due to some obstacles. I reached out to Edyta who I met via a client. Edyta took down all needed information and went to work. We did have a couple of obstacles but that did not stop Edyta. She dug deep, figured things out and got me the loan. I will definitely recommend and use Edyta again, hands down. She loves what she does and puts her heart and soul to it. Thanks Edyta for all your hard work.
