  I am not a person who writes reviews but, Todd Harrington from Brightwire Loans LLC has become the exception and for very good reason, the service I have received from Todd and his team at Brightwire Loans has been nothing but exceptional. I first met Todd during the purchase of my home 6 years ago and I was skeptical about Todd because everything he offered sounded too good to be true, well, Todd earned my business and my respect because he delivered on everything he offered. One of the many things he delivered was with my Interest Rate, back then, all the other Loan Companies could not offer anything below 4.9%, Todd delivered on his word and got me 4.275%. Today I am extremely happy because a few weeks ago I gave Todd a call to talk about refinancing my home since I have been hearing about the Low Interest Rates. Todd and his team at Brightwire Loans LLC did and amazing job Once again with processing my refinancing in a few weeks and saving me a lot of money. The best part was that Todd did not push one idea or another for him to get the most out of the deal, he just asked me what was I looking to get out of the refinancing, presented me with options and got me another great Low Interest Rate and all the conditions I was looking for. Todd Harrington and his team at Brightwire Loans have certainly delivered once again, thank you!

  We bought a house a little under a year ago and worked with Todd for the financing and loan origination. He was fantastic during the whole process! He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He met with us in the beginning and answered all of our questions and concerns. He became a friend in the process and we always felt confident in his guidance and expertise. Todd really cares about his clients and provides excellent service. We will definitely be working with Todd again in the near future.

  Todd Harrington and Patrick Vida of Brightwire loans are amazing. They were much more than just a lending services agency. First of all, they are very thorough with their process. Right from the stage of pre approvals, they are very detailed and very thorough. It is not only important to have someone who are very thorough in their process, but also who understand your specific scenario, and work with you to give you the best advice and services. And that's what Todd and Patrick are. They are very accessible, very patient with all your queries and very detailed with their explanations. When you deal with Brightwire, you get a confidence that you are in the right hands. They are always thinking about the best options for you, and work with you to provide you with the best options. Todd goes over and above being just a lender, and works very collaboratively with everyone else keeping our interested in the center. Of course, all of this aside, they were able to source the best rates for me with the right terms. Would recommend Brightwire as a lending agency without any hesitation.

  Brightwire Loans is the best in the business in my opinion. As a first time home buyer, Todd was able to clearly explain every detail and provide me with all my options. He was very patient and always available for any questions or concerns I had (which were more than I ever thought I could ask). I had a very difficult process with my condo unit due to setbacks with the association. Todd was able to work with me through the process and always update me with what my options were. I had to have my first rate expire due to complications and he was right there helping me re-apply and actually worked to get me a lower rate than my first application. I could not begin to say how easy Todd and Patrick made this process. He provided white glove service and I truly appreciated him walking me through the process. If you are in the market for a mortgage specialist, call Todd and start working with the best!

  Brightwire came highly recommended to me, and now I see why. First, Todd found me the best rate by far, with minimal closing costs. Since this is an independent company, they have no incentive to push you toward any particular lender. Their only goal is to find you the best rate, and it was clear that they are experienced. Next, they knew the in’s and out’s of buying/financing a home, and were quick to respond to my many (many) questions with straightforward, candid answers and helpful advice. Although I was a first-time buyer, Todd and Patrik made the process practically stress-free. Ultimately, my loan was cleared to close in 21 days, which is fantastic! Then, even after my closing, they assured me that they will still be available for questions/issues I may have with the loan going forward. That’s a true testament to their professionalism. They are knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, reliable, and HONEST. And all-around great people! I highly recommend Brightwire to anyone looking for a loan and a broker they can trust.

  Todd and Patrik were the absolute best! Even after locking in, they were able to reduce our rate when the market rates went down. My husband and I are both teachers and after investigating all of the teacher specific programs, we found that Brightwire’s first-time homebuyer program had a much lower down payment, monthly payment, and closing cost. Todd and Patrik were available any time to answer questions that we had. Buying a house is very stressful and they made it so much easier on us. Todd even showed up to our closing, which made me feel so much more at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brightwire!

  As a first time home owner, I was really happy to discover Brightwire. Brightwire is a pleasure to work with. Todd and Patrick are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and walked me through the whole process putting me at ease. Anytime I had a question there were right there for me without hesitation! Its a class act company that really cares about you! Im also happy to say they cleared my loan for closing in only 25 days, and Todd was at the closing and was the first one to shake my hand when I received my keys.
