  I brought my car to Neil at Amaral Auto Sales to be put on consignment. Neil made this process very friendly and I was very pleased the entire process. The car I was trying to sell was in great shape, and I had it listed "for sale" for months, with no good leads, listed well below the value of it. Once I brought my car to Amaral Auto, Neil advertised the car on multiple levels, using high quality photos and video. Within two weeks, Neil called me with good news.Not only did he sell the car, but he sold it at market value, which was a huge burden off of my shoulders. I will definitely go back to Neil for any of my future car buying or selling needs. Thanks!

  I had a great experience buying my car at Amaral! Matt was very helpful and gave his honest opinion when I was choosing between two cars. The staff are all very friendly and Amaral’s in-house service center is a great bonus as well.

  I purchased a 2008 128i convertible from Neil Amaral in June 2012 and it was one of the best purchasing experiences ever. I actually enjoyed handing over all that money in one quick payment. The negotiations were taken care of over the phone and he met me where i needed to be to feel comfortable with a full cash sale. As soon as I arrived to the shop from Queens I was warmly greeted by him and his family...it is a family owned business. After some crossing of the T's and dotting of the I's I drove off with my cute little car. The relationship with Amaral Auto did not stop there. The difference with this dealership is that they continue to be available to you going forward. I can call or email Neil with any small issue and he makes himself available. I recently had a problem with Rallye BMW and he was there to talk me through what they did to my car but went above and beyond by talking to the dealership directly for me. Unfortunately, my car has not been the same since coming back from Rallye's service dept but the help and guidance I continue to receive from Amaral Auto is priceless. I would gladly recommend Amaral Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a car from a truly honest and reputable family.

  This is my second purchase from Amaral and dealing with Neil and team has been pleasurable yet again. They've exhibited expertise, guidance, and patience throughout the purchasing process and the entire experience is vastly different than dealing with the larger "highway' dealers.   This is the second BWM I've purchased from Amaral and can't believe how simple they make the process. The cars are excellent, I didn't even test drive the second BMW knowing it was in excellent shape. I gave them the rating I did because I just started using Amaral to service the cars I've purchased. David the Service Manager impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of BMW's and I would argue equal to that of a fully branded BMW Service Center. Their service center is out of my way but will make a point to return there when the cars need service. Worth the extra trip.

  This is one rare car dealership that doesn't intimidate you or give you the feeling that you will be taken for a ride. This is truly a dealership that is focused on providing a great customer experience rather than just sales and profit. I came across the Internet listing in the Amaral website for a car that I was looking for and posted a question on the Internet and I was contacted by Neil Amaral within a matter of minutes to answer all my questions and set up an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, I was shown the car promptly. The car was parked inside a garage and the anticipation of the garage shutter raising slowly like a curtain was pretty amusing and fun! Now, the car was in outstanding condition, I cannot emphasize enough on this. The detailing was top-notch, it was so good that it was hard to notice any wear and tear both inside and outside. I have rarely seen such brilliant detailing on pre-owned cars. I was immediately impressed with the car. It wasn't hard to agree on a fair price and the entire negotiation process took only a few minutes. Compare this to other big dealerships where you have to go through hours of grueling negotiation with the sales person, then his manager, then his boss just to eventually get disappointed. The only glitch if at all was with the finance approval. But that is NOT a fault on Amaral's side. It was majorly due to my residential status and duration remaining on my visa, despite my good credit score. But Manny did his best to get it all sorted out and I wasn't too unhappy in the end. Overall, the entire experience was easy, fast, simple with hardly any hassles, making it a truly awesome and pleasurable car buying experience! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market looking to buy a car, new or pre-owned.
