  I don't have a problem with the inside customer service. My issue is that the outdoor atm rarely works. Here's an idea! If it is going to be out of service for awhile, why don't you put a sign up so that everyone doesn't waste their time getting in line to go through the motions at the machine.

  Customer service inside is good however ATM drive through never works never🤨Don't waste your time going.

  I needed to set up a new buisness account, apply for a credit card, and I had a million questions. I set up an appointment online for 4pm. I was helped by Jefferson who was phenomenal. He really went above and beyond, filled out all the paperwork, answered all my questions and showed me all of my options. The bank closed at 5 but he stayed with me to complete everything until 5:30.. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. There was one question I had that he was not sure about, instead of trying to make something up, he said he would find the answer and let me know the next day, which he did. I would highly recommend this bank and Jefferson to anyone.

  Terrible customer service My son is the main account holder. He wanted to remove the person from his account who he added himself. When we went inside the bank they couldn’t help us. They told us to come back the next day because apparently they were too busy!! It is a terrible terrible customer service! Was only going to remive the person from the account and we now decided to clise the account with Chase. Never ever again will use this bank!! Not only the branch but also their 1-800 numbet is terrinle. Waiting time is min15 minutes!!

  The only reason I have a Chase account is because my mortgage was sold to them by my old lender. My first dealings with them involved depositing some kind of check from the old loan on to my Chase loan account. I don't know anything about banking so I wanted to make sure I was doing correctly - Just rude and obviously unhelpful. I actually went to another location to deposit. My second dealing with them was that they never mailed my 1098 form for taxes. To obtain one, I tried to open an online account so that I could get the 1098 but I didn't have all the information they require to open account. When I called to see if someone could help me open one, they told me I was out of luck. Had to wait for my next bill in the mail to obtain the info. Most companies would help or, at least, email a link that would help you verify your information and walk you through setting up an account. I'm so dissappointed in my old lender selling to this company. It's terrible.

  People here are overall very nice except some people in the front desk. Unlike other chase bank branch, people in the front desk are not welcoming or less affectionate. It is not like they are terrible but comparing with other people, it is distinctively different. Hope they improve more.

  So far my favorite bank location. I don't get weird stares and everyone is so polite. Also the little booth driveway outside, they are always polite and very helpful when I have a question.

  Drive thru bank tellers are very friendly. 3 stars because the damn atm machine is never consistent. I find myself going to NA to use their Chase ATM or Kearny Chase ATM fairly often.

  Old style banking which not good for the modern life style . I think they need to update their policy to fit the fast life style instead of offering new useless service
