  Scott simply gets the job done. This wasn’t my first time buying a property. I have been through this process before and Scott made this experience enjoyable and stress free. We actually spent over 2 years talking about this purchase, he was always there to pick up my random calls and give the right advice. He was a crucial part of getting our clients’ offer accepted and worked with us to strategize as well as communicate with the listing agent in order to help our clients offer stand out. Once we were under contract he continued to clearly communicate with all parties and make sure we were all on the same page.   Ray and his team worked incredibly hard for more than 3 months to make sure we closed on our home. In March 2022 were told by our previous lender that it was going to be impossible for them to get us approved. I called Ray after I received the bad news. Sounding desperate, sad, and frustrated over the phone, Ray asked me to come into his office to discuss in person several options he had available. He said to us on that day… “ I think I can make this happen for you guys” Time forward…. On June 24th, 2022 we closed on our home and we are now the proud owners of a 3-family home on BLVD East in West New York, NJ. I highly recommend Ray and his team!
