They were really good at informing me when and what to expect next. Mike Trejo, the founder, was always available to talk to me regarding questions or concerns.   Mike Trejo was recommended by my real estate agent to broker the loan for my new home. Mike, Alex, and Maily are a dream team. They made a somewhat difficult and lengthy process (I had some extenuating circumstances that made my escrow 60 days instead of the more standard 30 days) and they were so patient and professional throughout. They answered all my questions and made sure to follow up and check in on a timely and consistent basis with me, the lender, and even the sellers of the home I was purchasing. I really feel they went above and beyond what the standard broker firm would do. I am so grateful for their support and guidance through the process. If you’re looking for a broker you can trust and that will fight for you and help make your dreams come true, look no further than Mike and his wonderful team at BridgePoint! Update (as of 11/5/20): This is my second review for Mike Trejo and his team at Bridgepoint Funding. Mike helped me with my first home loan a year ago. I had such a positive experience with his team that I contacted them again when I was ready to refinance to a lower rate. The process took longer than usual due to COVID delays, but Mike and team kept me regularly apprised of where things were in the process. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and helped smooth away any doubt or concerns. I’m very satisfied with my experience and can’t recommend the Bridgepoint Funding team enough! Update (as of 7/23/21): Adding on to my last two reviews to share that I just completed a 2nd refi on my home and again worked with the BridgePoint Funding Team. My property taxes sky-rocketed since my previous refinance and jumped my payment up $700. When I received notification of this, I immediately contacted Mike Trejo and he jumped into action to determine what was going on and how he could help. We ended up doing another refi, which lowered my rate and overall monthly payment to less than what I was paying before. The process was smooth and painless. Mike and his team (Alex, Josie, etc.) are super accommodating, attentive, and continuously follow up throughout the process to keep me informed. After working with them three times in the past two years, they're beginning to feel like family! I trust BridgePoint Funding explicitly and recommend them to anyone in need of a broker for a first-time purchase or a refinance. They are the best.

  We had great experience with Mike and Josie. They were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The refinance took a little longer than anticipated, but this was normal during the current circumstances. What we really appreciate was how quickly their response was to our communications, and how they helped us navigate, understand, and manage ge all the requirements for the loan.   I'm so pleased and honored to have been introduced to Mike in 2015 when i did my first refinance with Bridgepoint. After my first time doing business with them I told my wife they will be the company we deal with from now on. The staff at Bridgepoint are so professional and ready to answer any questions you have and never get frustrated when you ask a lot of questions like myself. When I send emails or text messages they respond back very fast. They make the process of refinancing very simple and stress free. I never felt pressured into taking a loan, I'm always advised only to do it if it makes sense. I like the fact you not only deal with the loan officers, but you also deal with Mike because he is always available for any questions, guidance or clarification. I just want to think Alex, Maily and Josie, these ladies are amazing and on point! Mike, you have my business for life!
