  Laurie Reed and Brick Road Mortgage is amazing!! Let me start off by saying I have never bought a house before so the thought of even applying for a mortgage and going through the process was terrifying! Laurie answered every question we had from the day we applied for the mortgage to the day we closed on the house. She made the process of getting a mortgage a breeze and was so transparent about every detail. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a house!!   I can sing the praises of Brick Road Mortgage all day long!!! We have purchased 2 homes as well as refinanced our existing mortgage through them and have been MORE than pleased with each experience. They took us from renters with bad credit to homeowners more cognizant of our financial outlook. Meg truly has the heart of a teacher and genuinely cares. She and her team are never too busy for your questions or concerns, no matter the day or the hour. They are exceptionally responsive and deliver on their promises. The home buying process is stressful, but with the Brick in your corner, it’s more than do-able! Most recently, I reached out to Meg on a whim to inquire about streamlining our existing loan. She educated us on the process and really took the time to make sure it was the best move for our family and our specific situation. We decided to apply and to our delight we were approved and were clear to close in EIGHT DAYS!!!   Our experience with Brick Road Mortgage could not have been more outstanding! The service from start to finish was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Their loyalty and commitment to me and my husband throughout every phase of the process was truly remarkable. Meg went above and beyond in every possible way. Her ability to make an otherwise cumbersome process, easy and seamless is extraordinary. She’s patient, flexible, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive beyond measure and just simply a wonderful human! When I say that we were clueless, stressful and needy during our first home buying experience, I really mean it. And Meg and her team didn’t bat an eye!
