  We had an issue with accounts, transfer, etc I was right and I knew I was right- but I’m not an easy person to deal with sometimes and they kept their composure and were incredibly polite. Carol was in particular very composed. It appears that people can still be kind in times of adversity which is encouraging. I recommend this bank to anyone accordingly

  Very Pleasant! I'm not sure if this is the right branch, the one by Walgreens, but kudos, and a shout out to who's on the Drive Thru Window, because it's tough to see. I hit the Drive Thru on occasion with our two female rescue dogs, and she's always very pleasant, says thank you ( which goes a long way with a lot of customers these days ), and sends out a couple treats for the girls. Thank you!

  Teller told me I couldn’t deposit a check in my name because another person was listed but she missed the detail where it said blank name or my name then proceeded to be rude for the rest of the encounter… just plain lazy… probably should switch banks with such lack of detail

  I just started my business and opened a brand new Business Checking Account. Had to take care of a few issues before I could open it and Christine walked me through the process and stayed in touch the entire time. Starting your own business can be a scary thing but opening a business account with Rockland Trust was so easy.

  A consistent 5 + star experience here. Treated just like the slogan says. Every relationship truly matters in this location. They embody this whole-heartily everyday. Hanwar is a super manager who somehow knows everyone's name... even when I walk in out of the blue after a year of not being there he still remembers my name and story of when and why I got an account. Been with Rockland Trust for over 5 years & will continue many more.

  I have been trying to work with the bank and social security to receive my late husbands last check released to our account. I only get turnarounds and bank is unwilling to work with SS. Been trying for 2 months. Unacceptable.
