  Ray Severance, Erin Hodges, & all the staff at RMS were exceptional and great to work with on the purchase of our new home! Easy to work with, great communication, and very fast service. They worked very hard to get the financing I needed in a short time. Extraordinary experience: professional and honesty. I am really happy with the results and highly recommend RMS! Covid played a negative role, but with LOTS of time, patience, and hard work from the RMS team and I, we were able to get through it. Now instead of renting at a crazy outrageous price, I am in my own home. I highly recommend the team at RMS! 5 stars. Would highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!!

  I just completed my refinance with Ray and his team at RMS Mortgage. From start to finish they were a great team to work with. They were very professional and always very quick with their responses when i had a question. I'll definitely be using them in the future if i choose to refinance again.

  I just bought my first house and had the best experience with Ray and his team! I came in with so many questions and had every one of them patiently and thoroughly answered for me. Throughout my home buying process I turned to Ray and the team, who helped me promptly and when it came to closing I felt ready and knowledgeable. I am supremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend going to Ray for any mortgage needs! I even received a gift at closing, and that above and beyond thoughtfulness and attention to detail is what you can expect from Ray and his whole team.

  Everyone at RMS in Middleborough is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our first mortgage and refinance a year and half later was completely seamless. The ability to go through the process completely online (especially during this time) was super simple, easy and stress free. Even having to do this all remotely however, we knew Ray and his team were at our disposal whenever we needed them or had questions. Thank you to everyone at RMS for this experience!

  To say we had an excellent experience with Ray and his team is simply not enough. The support and knowledge that they have shared with us is beyond anything we expected when starting the journey to buying our first home. Ray guided us from step one, but it didn’t end the moment we reached our goal. His team is always available for anything that we still need after our purchase. Purchasing a home, especially your first one doesn’t have to be scary or hard and you definitely don’t have to do it alone when you work with Ray and his awesome, friendly team!   We have used RMS several times for new mortgages or refinancing and the quality of service by Ray and his team is unmatched. The ease of doing everything through the app or email makes an otherwise painful process extremely smooth. Don't go anywhere else - local and professional!!
