  Called to speak with a CPA only to see if they offer free one time consultations and explained my situation with my registered business. The response I received was “we do not have time for that” since it’s tax season. I understand it is around tax season and can be very busy, I use to work in a CPA firm, but I expected the response to be a bit better since this place has 5 star ratings. I will happily search else where since “you do not have time for that”. Very unprofessional response.

  My wife and I are new to the area and had Donna at Brevard Accounting do our tax preparation this year. We were very impressed with how efficiently she and the rest of the staff facilitated this for us. A week or so after tax day we found ourselves in need of a health insurance broker. We were having problems finding any in the area. A reference suggested asking your accountant or attorney for a recommendation. Donna thought she might. know of someone but she wasn't sure if they would be what we were looking for. She took it upon herself to contact the person and confirm they did have the qualifications we were looking for. It is so heartening to find this kind of professionalism and extended personal service these days.
