      5 year customer here! I needed a counter check to buy a car. They told me “no one has used those in 10 years.” I talked to 3 women at this branch that were all extremely rude. They rolled their eyes at me and everything. I am not surprised about the number of bad reviews this place has. I called Chase and they switched my money and provided me with a counter check right away. I highly recommend Chase! Stay away from Bank of America!!

      I lost my debit card yesterday, so I came in to get a temporary card so that I was able to get gas and my bills would still be paid because I had to lock my debit card… And after waiting in line for nearly 15 minutes, the not very nice girl with the iPad “We don’t do temporary cards “I said oh it said that you did online… And she said “well we don’t “ … So I said how long does it take for a debit card to come she says “4-6 days” I said but my card is locked which means that none of my bills are going to go through and I can’t unlock it because who knows if somebody has it… And how am I going to, and she cut me off and she said you can take out cash I said that’s not gonna help me for my online bills and she said well it takes 4-6 days and walked away. … This is ridiculous I will be changing Banks!!!

      So you mean to tell me there's absolutely No body down there that can answer a phone! My husband tried calling most of the day Fri and then called customer service who couldn't even get anyone on the phone concerning investment back through Merrill Lynch. The rep also put in a complaint. He physically went to the branch earlier today. There's nobody there. Why is that? During business hours nobody is working or answering. Good thing there's more than one investment firm!

      I went over these reviews and they made me dread going. The reviews of this branch make it look like it's the guest of honor at the Friars' Club, but I gotta tell ya, they do NOT reflect the reality of this place or its staff at all. I went at 11am on a Saturday, thinking that would probably be even worse than normal, and I was greeted at the door immediately by two immaculately dressed guys who were friendly and even kicked around a little banter, in a way that was not the least bit inappropriate either. He asked what brought me by and I explained the situation I had with returned credit card payments and my inability to fix the problem. (And I had already dealt with BoA over the phone twice. I will NOT be giving their telephone workers praise, and even less so for their AI or chatbot.) We talked about it for a minute and he excused himself to refer the problem to a young lady who was very much on her game, and here I'd like to interject that I regret not committing their names to memory for this review, but if you happen to go, the guys in a snappy suit working the door will probably be the same and obvious, and the lady sits in the second, maybe third, office in the row to the right after you pass inbound through the main entrance. It didn't take three minutes for her to respond after Snappy Suit Guy went to relay what was going on, and through a little trial and error and reductive diagnosis, we had the problem fixed in maybe 15m. It was an absolutely painless and even enjoyable experience, made moreso by the fact that I went in bracing for a nightmare. Don't put a lot of stock in these negative reviews and make your own judgment. Thanks for reading.

      Worst bank ever. People are rude and I will never bank here or tell anyone to come here. I'm writing this review and they already have a 1.7 stars so that's sad already.

      Both ATMs ( merritt island and cocoa beach) have been non functional for 2 weeks! Fix your s***. Never have I ever had issues like I do with Bank of America. If you can't maintain an ATM even on your property then just close your doors. Horrible bank!

      Both atm machines are broken. I couldn’t even make a deposit at the one that is half working. This branch needs to get it together. They closed the cocoa village branch so I’m forced to come here. Now it’s messed up. I am changing banks. This is ridiculous.

      Nobody answers the phone, when my husband asked they said it’s because they’re busy and they don’t answer the phones. THEN WHY HAVE A PHONE?! Not all of us can drop what we are doing to make an appointment.

      I must have forgotten why I avoid coming into this branch. It’s Thursday and there is one teller and roughly 20 people in line. Everyone looks frustrated and the line is moving at a snails pace. I pay my mortgage at Chase and it’s way faster even on Friday. As a business owner this is a big waste of my time. Please hire more tellers BoA you can afford it.

      Lack of staffing killing customer service, wake up BOA, causing people pain in face to face banking will not send them to your online platform...they will just go to another bank altogether Update 12/3/18 Literally stood in line to make a business deposit yesterday for 30 minutes and instead of the manager jumping in to help the tellers with the line she walked around making excuses and essentially telling customers who were standing in line that it was their fault because they do no use the online banking platforms. Bank of America, listen to your customers and teach your associates to solve problems, not make excuses.
