  I’m so disappointed in this company. Their loan servicing is reckless. There was some address error between aaa insurance and my mortgage company, BOK and my homeowners policy was canceled for no payment made by BOK. BOK requires that THEY pay the homeowners insurance, not me. I didn’t receive a phone call or email. I’m currently uninsured and have been for 34 days. I just discovered that my policy was canceled today. What a way to mess with people’s lives. If my house had burned down, I would be homeless with a mortgage to pay and a destroyed life.

  Stay away from this bank. It is a mess. They are full of very young people who work from home. Not a place to bank if you are serious business.

  Terrible. They cannot process a deposit correctly. On multiple occasions, they could not process our loan payment correctly. They operate in silos and the customer is left hanging to resolve the issues. I cannot afford to spend more of my time figuring out their new "system". I would think a business bank would value their customer's time more. Very frustrating and disappointing.

  This bank will drain every dollar they can from you . In my experience they took every legal advantage they have and they are skilled at and Mede me pay because I trusted there service to me . I was wrong . A note of caution . Beware the money machine that BOK Bank is . It runs in your money and how much of it they can take , all in the facade of service .

  I've always had beyond excellent service and assistance with BOKF. Highly recomended by a long-time client. BOK was my parents' bank forever and now is my bank and is as good as they get.

  Excellent service personal and automated, with your bank debit-card you are able to use it in almost all ATM’s banks and get refunds for any charge.

  This bank is a fraud just like Wells Fargo. They closed my account and sent me to collections without ever contacting me! This is a criminal enterprise.
