Frank Scharnell3I originally posted a negative review for this branch, every review talks about how friendly the branch staff is and they are. My most recent encounter at this branch left me frustrated and looking to drive further to the newer branch for proper services. What the other reviews don't tell you, is when you have a bad experience like I did, the branch manager and their offsite support staff jump in to fix the problem and garner feedback to avoid them in the future. Not just for me personally, but for all of their customers to have a more seamless, stress free banking experience.

I have been with this bank since the last two companies (including Colorado State Bank and Trust) as long as they don't sell to one of the bigger banks I am staying with them.

Kevin Lounnivongsa1We have a business account here. The Tellers at this bank are rude. It’s always a headache to retrieve any money at this location. God forbid if you need change. I once came to pick up cash for my store, Devyn was extremely rude. She handed my cash over to me and I asked for change. She made it apparent that the officer calling it in had to ask for the denominations. So I can retrieve cash but it’s not up to me for the denominations? She gave me change regardless, but her comment was unnecessary if she reluctantly gave me change regardless. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to retrieve money and why it matters on what quantities of the bills you need? They rarely have change. And here I thought they had cash in the big metal door behind them?!? 🤔 Update: Christina, the bank manager wouldn’t let me withdraw money from our company account without the order form today. I went back and forth with her and lost customers while waiting for this money. She later called me back and and I was able to retrieve the withdrawal. I went back to my emails and she had the “authorized order form” since 10:00am. I’m got the money at 2:00pm. Very unprofessional and rude the all the while I’ve been waiting for this money. I need to speak with someone in regards to the matter. She made me feel terrible trying to get our money from our account. I had been driving for 4 hours trying to retrieve money from other stores. Unsympathetic. I’d like the matter to be resolved IMMEDIATELY. If you are a business I strongly urge you not to bank with BOK. There are much better solutions for your business banking needs. Wells Fargo, Chase, U.S. or even Key or Vector. Any bank else.

K Ortiz11 star is too much! Applied for a HELOC, no response to my emails after submitting all requested documentation and requesting status. Then next thing I know, a denial letter in the mail. I used to work in the mortgage business and would never treat my customers this way. I understand being denied as it happens, but no phone call, no email, just a letter in the mail. Before denying someone underwriting would have suggestions on what they can do to actually make the loan get approved, nothing like this was offered. Just completely rude and impersonal. And not to mention, the idiots pulled my credit TWICE!

Dayton Fox1Use there atm get charged a fee go in side to get change they told me cant do that with no account then they tell me to try walgreens. Last time i check Walgreens is not a bank so i guess banks dont work as banks any more
