  Scheduled an appt to speak with a business specialist about purchasing an existing business. Pulled together my paperwork, drove to the location, and they were not aware of my appt OR have anyone available that could talk to me. Very unprofessional. While I was waiting in the lobby, I could also hear the entire conversations from one of the bankers in her office, where she seemed to be discussing her personal goals, areas she needed to improve on, and classes she had/was taking to improve herself. Again, all very unprofessional. I ended up telling them I would take my business elsewhere.

  Started with my first home loan and now enjoy that they keep up to date with all the new banking features out there. Like I have never paid an ATM fee. It's full service Banking.

  Very nice. Glad I have one closer because I live in Olathe. Even though I don’t do it very often I sometimes go in. So very glad one has been built closer so I don’t have to drive all the way to prairie Village.

  I have used Ron Yarbough as the loan officer on many real estate transactions and I would say that he is the best mortgage officer in Kansas City.
