  I typically don't write reviews but I actually reached out to see if I could write one for Capwest. I was a little hesitant going out of state but after finding Capwest through Costco, their rates and prices couldn't be beat. I have nothing but great things to say about Capwest and their customer service. First time home buyer so going through the process was nerve wrecking and stressful but Steve Peckman (loan originator) made the process so much stress free. Whether it was answering questions after working hours or making sure I understood what was going on, Steve was there. From Steve to Jasmine to the rest of the Capwest team, they were simply awesome! Great competitive rates and on top of that great customer service! Just can't beat that. Thank you Steve, Jasmine, and the rest of Capwest for making my first home purchase an awesome experience!

  Go to YELP and look at the reviews about CapWest there to get a true understanding of what their customers think of them. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before starting with Capwest Mortgage. The rates were good so I kept the discussion going. They locked my rate and started the process before I agreed to anything, and then several times asked me to "just sign and worry about the details later" when I objected to terms in the agreement. I am now working on a chargeback on my deposit since the manager Ryan tried to blow smoke at me and in a nice way told me to buzz off. Avoid these guys and use a reputable lender.

  Got everything going as expected, closed on time. A great place, Nth refinance with Ryan and Capwest and happy to have chosen this crew. We have been working together for past 3+ years and it has been a smooth sailing. Good rates, not among the cheapest, but for the 1/8th point extra the efficiency, and the ability to close on time it is hard to match. We have had burnt before with some lenders who offer a bit too aggressive rates but often tend to overload their queue, and end up not being able to close on time or just do not have what it takes to underwrite a complex loan file. Thank you capwest team!

  Alex was with me from start to finish. Always available to answer questions and communicate with me. Alex went out of his to make sure my refinance was smooth and easy. Alex is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him and Capwest.

  I was very glad the loan officer from the first company didn’t call me back, because that allowed me to have a phone conversation with Andy. I couldn’t be more pleased with his efforts in guiding me through the entire home loan process. He was always available and always willing to answer my question regardless of how rediculous they might have been. Thanks Andy and CapWest for helping us purchase our first home. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

  Morgan Barnhart was the best! She closed the loan in 28 days! She was on top of everything and was very professional and answered her phone, returned emails promptly. I have never worked with Capwest prior to this transaction or with Morgan, but I will definitely work with her in the future. Morgan definitely brought her A game to this transaction and this realtor is very pleased!!!! I can not say enough good things. You will not be disappointed with Morgans services call her today!

  Steve Peckman was awesome. Great guy to deal with, after having issue with previous lender. Was always there when I called him, with any questions or concerns I had. I recommend him and Capwest to any and everyone. Getting my 1st home with their help, was truly a blessing experience.

  Our refinance experience was great. We have lower monthly payments, fewer years left on the mortgage and have the money we need to consolidate other loans. CapWest was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the process.
