  This bank is freaking amazing I never have any issues. My express banker today was quick to help me. I Will never bank with anyone different. They are helpful and quick. I moved from okc and was pleasently surprised to find my bank is here in kansas city this gal is happy.

  6 months ago i went to to this bank to have a document notarized. They said: no problem, have a seat. I waited for 20 minutes, and they informed me, they couldn't do it, because i didn't have an account with them. Today, i walked in and asked for a hundred dollar bill for 5 twenties. Well, guess what ? They couldn't do it, because i didn't have an account with them. I walked across the street to the Bank of the Midwest, and they were more than happy to provide a hundred dollar bill, and they offered me free refreshments, and snacks.

  I love the banking experience at MOBANK. I have been in 2 locations. Each time they have been kind and helpfui. Even the branch manager! They don't "Look down their noses" . I definitely recommend !

  I was a MoBank Customer for years. Think I’ll be closing my account. Don’t prefer the new deposit and withdrawal policies.

  I was not greeted when I walked into this location. On the phone they tell me the machine at this location is working, get there they tell me it’s down. Not to mention they didn’t care about how it was very inconvenient that I had to go to another location. The women was very cold and short. Would not recommend. Very dissatisfied with their customer service almost want to close my account completely because of the experience.

  Nice job on selling this bank to a bunch of idiots! Fee are up 45% and customer service is down the drain. Won't recommend it anyone.

  I'm going to change bank when I come back home I've been with this bank over 5 years now and I can't take anything from my account tell the next day well bank of american here I come..
