  My experience with the bank are good in general. Good service, professional and friendly employees, the the benefits are nice. The only problem I had, which was the reason of my 4 starts, is that I could not find an ATM available for me to deposit my check during weekends. I was looking for an ATM on multiple Arvest branches without luck, and when I finally found one, the "check deposit" was not available at the moment, which ruins my plans. If I could have information about ATMs my rate would definitely go up to 5 starts.

  Great staff, Amazing Fast Service!! Wonderful greeting, online banking off the roof! Everything about this Bank(location) is great!! Stephanie you rock, You are super friendly, always have a smile on ur face and always with a great positive attitude! Great Job Stephanie Keep Up The Outstanding Work!!   My first experience visiting a bank in America, experience was great. Was looking for change to couple of 20 dollar, a gentlemen helped me the way to bank. Staff is very courteous, was quick in helping me.

  John Darrah gave me the WORST service you could possibly get. I caught him lying about my rate, he won’t return my phone calls then he would ask TOTALLY inappropriate questions...
