  If you're looking for a broker, look no further. Barry hands down is the best mortgage broker I have met! Not to mention, he is genuinely a good person. I bought my first house and refinanced with him. Both times, he was. extremely instrumental in the entire process and helped me regardless of the state or country I was in. His knowledge, efficiency and professionalism is unmatched. He will answer every and any question you have making the whole process seamless.   First time I called was after 6 pm. Barry answered the phone and spent 45 minutes answering my questions. I had another lender that was making me jump through crazy hoops just to get a decent rate. I filled out his application that night at midnight. By 1 pm the next day I was pre approved for 3.75 % apr and made an offer on a home the same week. If your in Florida. I highly recommend going with Barry. He also found me an insurance agent and sent them all the information to get me quotes. Thank you.

  Barry has been the best mortgage broker I have met in my experience as a real estate agent.
