  You know the Customer Service is on point when you take the time to review a bank. This is not just any Bank, nor any ordinary branch of Grow Financial. I have been a member of grow financial since sixteen years old. From the moment you walk into the door, you feel the positive welcome without pressure. The Kindness, ease and grace just feels like Family. Which is, at least for me something I seek in a business I am Trusting my Finances with. This Branch is Extraordinary!

  This branch is the greatest of all especially the branch manager Charane Groeller. Is always professional and makes me feel like family keeps me comí back and recommending people. The staff are equally as good Just an overall great experience to walk in

  Misinformation about my debit card has made me close my accounts. On 3 different occasions, I called and was told different stories of when my card was mailed. Come to find out yesterday, there was a “hiccup” with the card - manager’s exact verbiage- resulting in them having to issue a new one, new number, whole 9 yards. So many bills and such are tied to that one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GROW. 👎🏻 I now bank at Wells Fargo.

  Well trained professional warm workers. No issue to small or big for them and of course the free water and coffee helps! An excellent location and a great place to do business, love it. I am editing my review to continue to say that the services I receive at this bank is second to none the staff and supervisor and excellent!

  Had some overdraft attempts from PayPal that were not allowed but grow still charged me $35 for every attempt even though the transaction was not allowed. I came in to try and get the matter resolved and the first lady I spoke with told me she could get rid of most of the overdrafts but not all of them. I asked if her manager could help with the rest and she called her over. There manager was extremely rude about the entire situation and told me not only could she not do anything about the remaining overdrafts but she actually was not going to allow her teller to get rid of any if the overdrafts. I was a bit upset but figured I would drop it and go to my normal branch to discuss it with them. As I was walking out I heard the teller say, "so I should go on here and put out a bulletin to all branches telling them to not get rid of any of these overdrafts right?"... These women were being extremely rude and extremely petty. Especially considering my company ran hundreds of thousands of dollars through their establishment last year. I won't say anything bad about grow at this time but this branch really needs some customer service training and quickly.
