Jorge Ortega1Teller is extremely rude. I went in just to get a roll of quarters and because I didn't have my ID on me they wouldn't exchange or give me a roll of quarters. Just needed it quickly for my business, I've never not been able to walk into any Bank and exchange $10 for a roll of quarters and I've definitely never been asked for my ID to have to do it. The teller and banker are the rudest people I've ever come across in my life.

Taylor Bleigh2I’ve been going to this bank for several years now, never had a problem before. Recently the tellers have seemed very irritable and pushy. Laura Young is my least favorite person at this location. She consistently displays a bad attitude, even in front of her manager. Here’s a tip for all you BMO people. - no one wants to be in the bank!! Why not make it a little more pleasant for your customers by putting on a smile and going the extra mile? Rather than let laziness and complacency set the tone for your customers interactions with your staff. Theirs lots of banks out there, and it’s not very difficult to switch. Security guy is super nice though ;)

TonyRTwo1Looking over some of the reviews here, I don't feel too bad for leaving this review. My girlfriend and I were denied an HELOC, which isn't a big deal. However, not communicating with us that we were denied and then blaming the lack of communication on EVERYONE else is extremely childish and unprofessional. We have waited over a month to be told they can't do anything for us - In that time frame, we could have been exploring other options that better fit our credentials. Anthony Mercado - This employee is extremely incompetent. Zero communication, followed by more excuses than the population of China. He was our point of contact throughout this process! He took zero responsibility or accountability for his lack of action. I do NOT recommend conducting business with Anthony, and I certainly don't recommend using this Bank for services if this is how they are going to treat potential clients.

Kara Lehmann1They wrongly deposited a false check into my account when it should have gone into someone else’s account and they ended up over-drafting my account. I was left with no money for days. Ignacio was very helpful in the situation but the manager was extremely rude and offered no assistance

Carolyn LeCocq1Horrible! Have been with them for years and now all at once they have posted one of my 3 mortgages to another acct. I have contacted them several times about the issue! Still not fixed! They have reported it to my credit bureau and I cannot get it removed. THEIR FAULT!

Donna Carpenter1This location wrongly took thousands of dollars out of my niece's bank account and left her stranded without money, food and shelter while she was traveling. They fixed their mistake almost a week later and all she got was a "sorry". Horrible location.
