  Robert is a personable professional who knows his stuff, and he makes you feel like you've been friends forever. He is empathetic toward the stresses and axieties that are typical of the home loan process, and he did all he could to keep those anxieties to a minimum, even going above and beyond in once instance. With the exception of a couple of hiccups regarding a couple of important email attachments getting lost with an assistant and a snaffu with some wrong insurance information being printed on the final closing documents (caused about an hour delay at closing but was quickly corrected), there is nothing to keep me from highly recommending Robert's services.

  Robert Hatch and The Hatch Team truly make you feel like a "VIP"! I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with VIP Mortgage to buy my first home. I got an incredible interest rate (which my friends are jealous of lol) and the whole process was smooth and clear from the get go. I was 30 days into a 60 day escrow with another lender before I gave Robert a call due to issues that I was experiencing in underwriting. He assured me that it wouldn't be an issue, and it never was! If he tells you that he can get it done, believe him, because he is that good! I just closed escrow on my house and I couldn't be happier - I'm referring everyone I know to The Hatch Team.
