  As a top 100 Realtor in Hawaii I have worked with Blue Eleven many times on behalf of my clients. This team gets things done and meets every challenge with tenacity and decades of experience. Of course when it was time to Refi my income properties I called on them to procure the best rate in the shortest time possible. There are 2 things in life that I absolutely loathe….Taxes and financing properties, but Blue Eleven makes the process as painless as possible.   My husband and I used BluEleven for our first home purchase. They were very fast in getting our initial Pre-approval and work pretty late hours until things were done. Any time I had a question or request they were right on the ball. We actually got lucky in this crazy market and one of our offers were accepted. The actual loan process was like any loan process (annoying) but Isahi and John pushed things along for us. Again they were responsive, professional, and closed escrow on time.   I would thanks Gilbert Sotelo for the good work he did in working with my wife and I securing and refinance of my primary home and rental property. There were some challenging paper work needed and Gilbert the team at Blue 11 helped us work it out it took us longer than expected but it all worked out.   Couldn't give a more serious warning to avoid All Home Lending/Bluleven for your mortgage needs. Like everyone else who's left a review, we also had a terrible review that lead to blatant predatory lending practices with clear misdirection and lying to us about what was on our disclosures. We brought up over and over again how their initial estimates kept going up when they said they'd go down and that all of the origination fees would be waived. They would say how we remind them of their daughter and her husband, and they will take care of us like they do their family, only to reach the closing disclosures and they kept the $17K origination fee. We yet again brought up how disappointed we are and how they manipulated us, and to paraphrase, their response was to tell us to try and use it as a tax write off instead of staying true to their word. They also were quite slow in ordering the appraisals or keeping our agent and the selling agent in the loop on the delays and the process, thus straining the relationship and causing us to nearly lose the house.

  I highly recommend BluEleven Mortgage to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home or refinance their existing loan. The loan officer assigned to my account, John Mascarella was professional and on top of his game. He guided me throughout the refinance process, with Immense amount of patience. John always communicated and called me back to address concerns and questions. He went above and beyond by solving problems caused by my old mortgage company and at the end saving me money.
