  Chasin went above and beyond throughout the entire home buying process. He took the time to ask me tons of helpful questions to pinpoint what I was looking for and he was quick to find and send great listings and was prompt about scheduling viewings. I felt completely comfortable and clear throughout the entire process and he answered all of the questions I had so I always knew what to expect before going into the next phase. With his extensive local knowledge, he helped me find my dream home and negotiated on a late Sunday night so that the sellers and I could come to an agreement, and I'm thrilled with the result. He was 100% professional through and through, but also friendly and when offers didn't work out (homebuying during a pandemic hot market--crazy!) he pressed on with positive determination and I'm so happy with the result of my work with him. 10/10 strongly recommend to everyone I know!!!

  Highly recommend working with Chasin! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and lets just say we had little knowledge on how everything worked and he made it a breeze. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and made sure we fully understood everything every step of the way. He is honest, trustworthy and we valued his opinion. He didn't rush us into a home and we never felt any pressure. He was very responsive to all of our messages via text, email and calls. We are thankful for all of his work and now we live in our beautiful home.

  As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I felt that Chasin really helped us understand the process, from learning our budget to signing our closing documents. As many first-time homebuyers, we probably thought we could check off everything on our list, but Chasin was delicate to explain that we may need to make sacrifices in order to build our equity for our future forever home. In the end, we were still able to find the home that fits us perfectly as a first home! And just over a year later, with the current rates, he helped us refinance making our situation even more ideal. We definitely recommend Chasin to anyone looking for an amazing realtor!   Chasin is what agents should strive to be and what buyers and sellers should desire when hiring a real estate professional. My husband and I would not be where we are today without his guidance, advice and patience. In today's overly competitive markets Chasin has always managed to come through and I think its not only related to his knowledge and experience but his drive to do right by others. He is creative and honest and that is what gets the job done in today's world.   Chasin is very knowledgeable in his profession. He helped my wife and I get through a very tough process in buying our first home. He was able to set up home viewings in the Orange County area, with very short notice most times. He also worked around our crazy work schedule and walked us through the entire purchasing process. Answering questions on almost a daily basis for several months. Chasin Answered our phone calls, texts, and emails almost immediately any time of the day. He is a hard worker and you can tell he loves what he does because he is very good at it. We were able to get our dream home under asking cost, thanks to his persistence and focused work ethic. I would 10/10 recommend him as a real estate agent to any and all of my closest family and friends.

  Chasin was responsive, professional, and insighful from the first interacton to the last. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and wanted to discuss every possible scenario; from financing to down payment to closing costs and everything in between. Chasin took the time to get to know us so we didn't spend time looking at properties that were outside our price range or style, and we couldn't be happier with our first home. He became a trusted advisor to us, so a year later when interest rates went down, we went back to Chasin to walk us through all the refinance scenarios and ended up a repeat customer and got a great deal on a refinance that saved us hundreds of dollars per month.
