  Through my lifetime I have refinanced my houses many different times. It has always been a hassle and a long drawn-out process. But, not this time! Sandra Baughman just completed my latest refi. She gave me several options, she explained everything to me as many times as I needed explanation, she handled my solar problem, and finished in 2 weeks. I will never refi with anyone else again! Thank you, Sandra!

  I’ve had the opportunity to work with Sandra a few times before I confidently write this review. She saved one of my transaction from falling out when the other lender failed to fund the Buyers on time. Sandra is very responsive, truthful, and doesn’t hide anything. When she said she needed 10 days extension, she really meant it and did not asked for any additional extension afterwards. I believe one of the biggest challenges in a real estate transaction is closing on time or obtain the funds on time. If you need an loan officer who is transparent, professional, and responsive, Sandra is the person.

  As first time home buyers my boyfriend and I didn't know where to even begin. Sandra took the time to personally walk us through everything step-by-step and was available day and night to answer questions and go over everything we needed to sign to purchase our dream home! She was so kind and patient with us and our million questions and what ifs. In escrow she gave us a timeline to follow and made sure everything was completed and done right so we didn't miss any deadlines. We are coming to the end of our escrow now and we are so grateful for Sandra and Mark1. We don't think we could've made my dreams come true with any other lender. We are Extremely happy with our choice!

  Sandra Baughman of Mark One Mortgage is now my forever go to mortgage gal! In the past I have felt like I just had to trust my broker to do what they felt was right or “the only option”. However, with Sandra, we told her what we were looking for in the refi knowing we had a bit of a unicorn chance in finding it. Sandra went digging and digging and didn’t give up. Her vast knowledge and connections were so impressive. It was clear she had our best interest at heart and she was able to find the perfect loan deal for us. Unfortunately the loan was new on the market with a lot of hoops and we were the guinea pigs. Sandra took the reins and navigated the process like the rock star mortgage professional she is.   Sandra is amazing!!! She goes above and beyond for her clients. I have never worked with someone who is so passionate about helping people and veterans from all communities. I recently bought a home and had issues with my loan and she found every possible outcome to help us. Very knowledgeable and professional in her job field.
