  Great service at this location! I have to say the teller by the name of Mike is amazing I love to stop in to see him and do my banking with him! Best bank in orange hands down due to there customer service! If you looking for a bank who cares about there customers look no further!

  This Wells Fargo branch did everything to my business that they have been getting in trouble for in the news. A year after they first got it trouble. They ran credit reports for accounts I didn't want or need, I went to open a checking and savings account NOT apply for auto loan, a credit card, and a line of credit. When I closed my account the man said I needed $40.00 to close it, went outside and paid WF $3.00 to use their ATM, then when I cam back in the man told me there was actually enough money in savings to cover the negative checking balance (I never used the account and it went $40.00 negative from all their fees). Horrible service, it took me 3 trips to close a simple checking account. They are not "restablished" -same horrible corporate culture with a bigger marketing budget to say they aren't horrible. They are. RIP WF 2019.

  I have always lived in Marina del rey and was so impressed with every wells fargo. The employees were so friendly and staff bent over backwards to help you and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I was in Orange, CA for a couple of weeks and went into the Wells Fargo -- orange plaza branch to do a couple of wire transfers. The employees were so incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. I called back the next day to get more information about my wire transfers and both people I spoke to on the phone were unhelpful and rude and tried to make me feel bad for bothering them. Generally I like Wells Fargo. But not this branch. Will never go in there again. Sub standard service in the City of Orange.

  Wells Fargo is the worst experience I have had owning a business. They lie, cheat and steal and need to be held accountable.

  The tellers are among the best I have ever dealt with. Marilyn is the sweetest person who handles my accounts.

  I love this location because its not as crowded like the bigger branches. Also the staff is so helpful and friendly!!
