  I just got an amazing rate on a new car loan, 5.2%! That's the lowest rate I've ever received in the last 5 years of buying fleet vehicles. I can wait for Monday to see if I can re-fi my others. I have a couple go-to bankers there that always answer the phone and I just wish they had a branch in GREELEY!!!

  Last week I applied for a personal load, Brooke was the banker "helping" me well she wasn't very helpful, took 3-4 days to complete the process didn't explain to me all my options, doesn't return calls in a timely matter. It was very frustrating dealing with her She needs MORE training!!

  Worthless, incompetent, slow, liars, are a few words that come to mind when thinking of this place . they make Wells Fargo look like a good bank. most know that's saying something.. if you have a small business this is not to place for you. If I could give 0 stars I would

  I love my Blue Federal Credit Union and all but the ATM at this Drake location is out or order quite a bit. To me the ATM is a perk that makes life more convenient I don’t have time to go inside and the last three times I’ve been to the bank ATM it was not working. I never have an issue with customer service at the Drake location they are always very helpful and friendly.

  If I could give more stars I would. The Drake location in Fort Collins is amazing! I have to give a special shout out to Woojae, Haley and Amber. They went above and beyond to help us in a big estate situation. They are very hard working, kind, great at communication and best of all fast! This team works so well together and I can not thank them enough. I will always recommend Blue Federal CU and especially the Drake location.

  This has been an exceptional bank for my family and I........................ Almost a year ago my checking account was compromised and Blue Federal Credit Union shut it down!! The money was back in my account by that evening around 6pm............. THANK YOU SO MUCH BLUE! It's always a great in person visit too!!

  I was a customer of many years when it was warren federal credit union. I naturally transferred with my funds in various IRAs. I was gone for awhile and realized my funds were being drained by the bank (bank storage? I dont know) so, I went in hoping to try and get back my funds....no luck whatsoever. After a bunch of pleasantries, they said they will contact me the next day after talking with their manager. I got the phone call stating there was nothing they can do for me....over thousand dollars gone completely. This company is a borderline criminal syndicate that will rob you blind if you let them. Take your business elsewhere.....you won't regret it

  Was just trying to open up an IRA and the first gentleman I spoke to didn't seem to even want to bother and dispatched us to Dave Pringle to pursue a more "aggressive" route -- whatever that means. Spoke to Dave Pringle today and he was completely dismissive and seemed to just want me to get off the phone. Suggested I go with a 401K through my job instead of discussing any other investment options. Tried mentioning the IRA again and he was dismissive about it. Entire interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth. Almost seemed like he didn't think he'd make enough commission off me or something.

  Dont ever try to buy a car from anyone who banks at this bank. We bought a car from one of their account holders 34 days ago. We paid cash for the car and the title was also signed over. We have tried to get the title sent to us several times and they just keep saying the same thing. They will write a new ticket in the morning and we should have it soon. We should have known this would happen when it took two people to count our money and they tried to give me a thousand dollars back saying I made a mistake and gave them too much money and then when the account didn't balance they asked for it back without an apology. Then it took 4 people to figure out how to handle the transaction. If you call and talk to Mateo you are waisting your time. He always says he's going to do something and does nothing. The last time we called he said he cant talk about accounts. We weren't asking about accounts, we called to see why it takes over a month for them to transfer a title which was paid for with cash.
