  Very easy online application. Banker was great and went over all loan information. This has helped me payoff my high interest credit cards and just have one payment monthly. Thank you

  I recieved solicitations with no return address. Solicitations are purposely packaged so that I would open them and be exposed to their advertisement. I get a lot of junk mail from them with misleading packaging designed to get me to open it. They have wasted my time and taken my contact info from the three credit agencies without my consent for advertising purposes. This method macks integrity which is a terrible first step to take with prospective clients!

  They lost the title to my car! I had to pay to get a duplicate! I provided the title of my vehicle as collateral for my son's personal loan. He paid off the personal loan 4 months later. I waited an additional 2 months to receive my title before I concluded it was lost even though the bank insisted it was returned by mail. I had to go to the county clerk and recorder to pay $8 for a duplicate title. That is where I found out One Main Financial changed the title address so it had my name followed by my son's incomplete apartment address (missing the apartment number)! I have never lived at that address so the name and address are a mismatch. The clerk and recorder said the title was mailed to that address, returned undeliverable, and then shredded. After I paid the fee, they printed the duplicate title, still showing the wrong address. That whole process was so frustrating, and it doesn't make any sense to have someone else's address on my title! That's why I won't do business with One Main Financial again.

  This was a seamlessly easy and an incredible loan experience, I would rate them 10 stars!!🌟 I was looking for a debt consolidation loan, and they ended up refinancing my car at a much lower interest rate, as well as a lump sum amount to pay off my debt at a lower payment than my current auto loan.....so impressed!! Izzy was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process painless. He explained everything in detail along with educating me on how the credit bureaus work and what to do to get back on track! I am beyond grateful and will recommend him and this company over any traditional bank lending...thank you so much!✔️💯

  I love OneMain! I've had a loan with them for about 4 years now, and they have always worked with me on my payments and redoing my loan when life has happened and I didn't know what else to do. They watch my back when it comes to my credit and in return, my credit has increased to a much better score and it's still getting better! Their staff is always very personable and friendly, also.   The People of One Main are very helpful and very professorial in listening to your need for help. I would recommend them to anyone to do business with.   Very friendly staff and professional, and quick, our loan officer was like talking to a friend who wanted to help us out. I haven't used their service since the American General days and they still hire some of the nicest people.

  The online system is horrible. You have no control over your account and are stuck in paying only as an automated withdrawl and you can't make any additional payments of your choosing online on your account at all. It is very inconvenient having to call in to finally speak to someone, leaving messages and emails, trying to pay more on my account is a HUGE HASSLE!! You cannot do anything about getting high interest rates reduced, you are locked into whatever they set up, no matter how good your payment history is or length of payments or credit score increasing steadily. NOT a good choice for a loan that is guaranteed with a car title, it's not even a personal loan, it is guaranteed with my vehicle and I am totally stuck!!

  I have an idea! Order more of things like heaters and another box of propane. See that way when it gets cold you have xtra and you’ll even make more money! You won’t run out! Wow, also put up a dang sign that says sold out so you don’t have to carry old tanks around. Oh hey we have come a long way since the flood.
