  When moving to a new location or town, there are many stressful things that must be completed on your “to-do” list and deciding on what Bank to trust with your everything is a critically important selection. After carefully reviewing several area banks and credit unions, I selected a few to visit and thankfully ended up stopping here as my first visit to get a feel. Well, I’m writing this because I was most pleasantly surprised by not only an incredible building/facility, but the overwhelmingly friendly and most assuredly family oriented customer service blew me away. It took my memories back to my childhood when i would go to the bank with my grandfather, a much simpler time. I didn’t hesitate to join this Federal Credit Union not simply because of the endless benefits derived from membership in a Federal Credit Union, but the three friendliest, knowledgeable and just outright AWESOME people I was honored to have met Thursday September 22nd, 2021. Andrew Geene and Brandy Scruggs were so friendly and willingly providing wonderful answers to doze of “new guy” moving to town questions, leaving no doubt where I wanted to take my money, my retirement and my families well being. I’m now a proud member and am fully confident this critical part of my life is well in hand, safe with an Amazing team standing by to ensure my account safety, as well as my overall experience is as joyful as possible. I absolutely cannot end this review without mentioning another “bench hitter” that I only very briefly had chance to meet. Her first name as I recall is, “Ala” and she seems like one of those people so full of love and happiness, it’s just bubbles out in everything she does. I’m proud to call this home and even more confident in my federal credit Union and my team of experts protecting everything I’ve worked a lifetime for.

  SSFCU is thae only bank I truly recommend. They are exceptional in a way where other banks can’t, they will be there to help no matter how difficult the task is. Staff Ala , very knowledgeable, help me complete a task that did not put a lot of my time and effort. She is welcoming and always ready to help no matter how difficult the request is.

  Bought a car at a dealership and ended up with a terrible APR. Spoke to Brandy about a new rate on our car loan and new membership benefits here. She was so super helpful and made the experience a breeze. Can’t wait to lower our rate!

  I have been with Security Services Credit Union for many years and have had a positive experience each and every time through the years, unmatched by any othe bank or credit union I have used through the years. I recently went in to apply for a loan. Brandy was my loan officer and she couldn’t have been more friendly and courteous. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and effortless. I would give both the credit union and Brandy 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

  This bank is like the best kept secret in Fort Collins! They give you incredible customer service that’s individualized to you and your personal needs. And offer SO many benefits. From power protected accounts to a free cashier’s check every month. They’ll notarize forms for you quickly and easily. There’s nothing they don’t handle for me when I need it. They make everything so easy when it comes to banking. They’re mobile app is user friendly and gives you ease of access to your accounts. They are also highly aware of account activity. They’ve locked my account twice, one of which was my own charges that didn’t match up with normal account activity and one was theft that they caught before I did!! Super helpful in dealing with those issues and provided quick support. It’s so comforting to know they’re looking out for me and my money. Been a member for almost 5 years and have zero plans to take my business elsewhere.

  I love my bank! Every one is so helpful here. I recently brought my husband from a different bank. Whenever I come in Brandi is super friendly and helps me with whatever I need!!

  I have been banking here for quite some time and would highly recommend this bank. The staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful whether in person or by phone. It is banking made easy and smooth. I recently saved thousands of dollars by switching my auto and home insurance over to them. They are certified with this also! Member Relationship Officer Brandy has helped my entire family including my elderly parent. My Mother requires a lot of attention! Brandy takes extra time with her to ensure she is comfortable, safe and appreciated. The rest of the bank staff act similarly, with compassion and pleasantry. Thanks SSCFU!
