  I am totally happy with the outcome of my rifi. these guys are great. Tom, Shelley and Ally are the ones that I had the pleasure of doing business with and and blew it out of the water. I would highly recommend Blue brick financial to all my friends and family for rifi and home loans. Get it while its hot done hesitate the rates are not going to stay like this for long with the new powers to be coming in.

  All of the staff was efficient and professional thru out a very challenging refinance. They kept me informed thru every step of the process. They were accurate and informative.   Overall I had good experience with my second refinance with Blue Brick Financial. Sr. Loan Processor Melisa Darby is outstanding! She is very professional, smart, responds to emails and phone calls in timely manner. She cleared all obstacles to close the loan on time. We had to sign closing documents on weekend & she answered my phone calls after 9 PM, that's excellent customer service!!! Ask for Melisa Darby, she’s the best!!!

  I just happened to actually open a piece of junk mail and had a refinance offer claiming virtually no closing costs. Since I'd just barely refinanced my house I was not interested in closing costs wrapped back into the loan AT ALL! Out of curiosity I gave Blue Brick Financial a call and after talking to them and seeing how the process worked I decided to give them a try because they could get me a much better rate and eliminate my mortgage insurance. Whitney Shetterly was the Sr. Loan Processor and was by far the most helpful processor I've ever worked with. Everything was done via email and this was hands down the easiest process I've ever been through in over 20 lifetime real estate loans/transactions!

  I don’t often follow though with a mailer but I did this time and it was a great decision. Tom and Shelly are fantastic, they helped us refinance for a lower interest rate and cut our loan down 7 years!! Very easy process and NO closing costs as promised!! Thanks Blue Brick!!
