  Sophia represents good customer service. Im so glad I chose this bank for my financial needs. Sophia just validates my good decision. I like that im person and not a number. Sophia knows me on first name basis and that is rare nowadays. I appreciate her professionalism and this whole branch has exceeded any other bank ive ever been with.

  Well, Desert Financial is no different than Chase, Bank of america, etc. All just scams and fraud but too big of companies for anyone lesser to do anything about it. They will take your money without consent and they will also charge you for hidden charges. Their support is not willing to work with the lower classes so if you fit into a medium to lower class and dont constantly have 5k+ in your account, expect to be screwed over whenever they get the chance. Greedy hands they have.

  We have banked at Desert Financial for 40 years. Their service is excellent and their employees very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend DFCU for all of your banking/financial needs.

  Ryan was excellent and very helpful. I will probably come back to him to count my cash when I sell my vehicle and make sure it's not counterfeit. We were done with our transactions and going back to ask him questions because he was so helpful. Thank you Ryan!

  I am a DFCU member since 1995. I do all my banking needs through these folks and they are wonderful and friendly people. My entire family bank here ,and I referred a few friends and they are happy as well. Banks should learn from these something about customer service and how to deal with customers.
