  It was a phenomenal experience working with Dakota! I spoke with him years ago when I initially started saving for a home to get info about the process. He was helpful from the very start, even way before I was able to make a purchase. Whenever I had any questions he was so quick to respond! Finally, a few years later, Dakota and his team helped me close on a home! They made sure all expectations were clear and all milestones were met on time! 🙌 Dakota was always available! Night, day, weekend, you name it. You can really tell he loves what he does and has his clients best interest in mind. Working with Dakota and his team was an incredible experience, and I’m so happy to be a homeowner! I’ll 100% be working with him for any future purchase. 10/10 recommend!!!

  Dakota and his team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. As first-time home buyers, the idea of purchasing a home in this market seemed scary and unlikely. Dakota brought comfort to us throughout the entire process; he answered all of our questions thoroughly and called us weekly with updates on our loan. He also has connections with amazing real estate agents and actually found our home for us within a week of starting our search! We are beyond thankful for everything Dakota and his team did for us and highly recommend using Dakota Mortgage Team!

  Dakota and his team are absolutely the best at what they do. We came in only knowing that we wanted to buy instead of rent and Dakota was able to lay out all the options get use from pre-qualified to closing on an amazing house extremely fast. They don't mess around and have the best attitudes you could ever ask for. We will never work with anyone else.

  As a first time home buyer there were a lot of question marks about the home buying process, especially in this market. Right when we started working with Dakota Howard at Benchmark Mortgage, all of those question marks were answered. Every phone call, email, and text was answered on the first attempt. Dakota’s level of expertise and work ethic made for a smooth transaction and a seamless closing. Dakota is a phenomenal lender who I’d highly recommend to anyone thinking about buying or refinancing.

  Dakota always goes above and beyond since we bought our new house almost a year ago! Was the process long ! But he made it simple and easy to go through with all of the help we would get! Here we are again going through refinance and it was the best! Thank you again! I highly recommend him!

  I never write reviews unless a company or person really impresses me. If you ever need a mortgage company or help refinancing this is the place to go!! I high recommend Dakota, he made the entire process so easy he was there to guide me threw each step of the way. great communication and helped make me feel comfortable threw this whole process I also called a few other companies to see if they could get me a better refinance and he was still able to save me way more ! They really put in the work here couldn’t hope for better service. Thanks again Dakota!
