  Kirk Howard and his team made this the easiest house buying experience I have ever had, including a recent refinance of another home...by far. Their process is easy and their follow up communications is timely. I was updated during every phase of the loan process and was able to close on a house (in this current crazy market) in under 30 days without any issues. Awesome experience and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

The team here is truly unmatched from any other company I've worked with. The environment is so positive, and everyone is very friendly.   Kirk and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. At no point were we ever left confused and waiting for clarification and answers. Kirk made himself available to us for any questions, even after normal business hours! This was out first hime purchase, and a very stressful and confusing ordeal, but Kirk and his team made the loan process one of the easiest things we had to do instead of the hardest. Thank you guys so much!! I would definitely recommend Kirk Howard and plan to use them again in the future!

  I have worked with Kirk and his team for over 20yrs now and prior to me working with him my mother in law worked with him for years. I have referred Kirk to everyone I know that has needed a mortgage finance person and each person has loved the experience. At one point Kirk moved out of my state and I googled to find him so I could use his services. As long as he is doing what he does I will be using him if I buy or refi a house. There isn't enough space on this for me to tell you all how amazing, responsive, attention to detail, up to date, ect he and the team are. They make the process so easy and provide the best terms! He doesn't blow smoke and tells you straight up if you should or shouldn't refi or buy. Not many people around as honest as he is these days, many just want the sale, Kirk wants the relationship of longevity of your business. You won't be disappointed if you use his services.
