She went above and beyond to help us understand all of our options and was very patient with my nervous habit of confirming and reconfirming everything a million times. I also love Guild’s online portal to securely upload documents - it was very user-friendly and a great place to keep everything for reference.   Kathryn was simply amazing. She was patient and knowledgeable. I even had another lender that was trying to get my business and basically ended up lying to me to get me away from Kathryn. She was patient and understood the circumstances. She never stopped working on my file and always had my best interest at heart. This was not simply a lender to me. She was a friend and worked to get everything we needed done. She goes above and beyond when it comes to getting things done.
