  As a past business owner I remember a time of not being able to trust anyone because sales agents were only looking out for themselves. I also remember missing out on opportunities because I didn't have the money. I have experienced a career change but now I refer my clients who own businesses to Joshua at Blessing Capital. I choose Josh because he is knowledgeable about lending and market trends, so he offers justifiable rates. Josh also takes the time in presenting solutions. He shares both the pros and the cons so my clients will never be surprised or feel taken advantage of.

  I just had the pleasure of using Blessing Capital to fund a duplex in New Orleans that I am using as a Short Term Rental. Joshua and his team were amazing. They helped me out step by step and answered all of my questions promptly! Not only did I get the funding that I needed; I also walked away with a line of credit that I could use for future deals!!! Highly recommended!

  I was recommended blessings Capital through a childhood friend. Upon contacting Josh, his services started out professional. But that quickly changed. It took many weeks to get any kind of answers or motion. That should have been my first clue. I became ill, so I excused the delay. Josh reassured me that my business loan would go through, So I sent the $400 fee. I began to realize that nothing was happening, with constant excuses of being in meetings, or out of the office. This is when I demanded that something be done. Josh then decided to get on the phone and complain to me that he did not feel comfortable doing business with me, because my demand was stressing him out. He offered me a refund. He then went on to tell me about his personal problems, that he cannot handle any more stress. This was by far one of the most unprofessional conversations I've had in this situation. He then continue to send emails and text messages. Resembling an angry ex, who couldn't control himself. Joshua seem to exhibit unstable behavior. And as he stated he was overly stressed. I hope he receives help I never did receive a refund, nor any help with my business loan Starting to wonder if I was scammed Update- Since I am not able to leave another review You rambled on a lot of nonsense, which would confirm no real customer service is with your company. You have excuses instead of satisfied customers I did continue to work with Javier at Wells Fargo. He was surprised about your unprofessionalism. And continue to work with me throughout the rest of the process. I would like my $400 back, you did not provide me any services other than unprofessional customer service.

  Hello Cherie, There are many details that have been left out. It's true that 99% of all Blessing Capitals business comes through referrals from past clients, attorney's, accountants and banks. When I received Cherie as a referral from her childhood friend that I trust and still do business with I was happy to serve her. Cherie has a business that is all cash by choice. When she came to Blessing Capital she did not have a business bank account. During the on boarding process I spoke to Cherie several times to make sure she was prequalified based on the information she provided. I told her that the lender would not lend to her business unless she opened a business checking account and she agreed to move forward and open a business account. The NDA form we provide to all clients specifcally discloses that we do not make any guarantees on funding because we can't force clients to accept loans we can only present terms. We had concerns about Cheries businesses because she only deals in cash and I told her that if we move forward that she would have to open a business account and if she did not want to do that we can just give her a refund prior to completing the process of her file but she insisted and refused the refund and requested me to move forward with her file. I submitted her file to my bank partner who set up a call with Cherie on the same day. The banker welcomed her kindly and stated that he is calling based on Blessing Capitals request to continue with the process of her business file. She texted me the following Monday and requested a refund which was extremely odd as it appears that she only wanted to benefit from my contacts and relationships and did not want to pay any fees. Blessing Capitals contracts specifically discloses that "NO REFUNDS" will be giving after the file has been processed. The bank tried to help Cherie set up a business account but all she kept saying is she wants a loan. When she realized that in order to get a loan she needed a bank account she became extremely rude, unprofessional and used profanity towards the banker. Cherie sent me a text that states if I don't give her a refund that she would hurt my business and leave negative reviews about me which she is clearly attempting to try. When the bank called and told me about her behavior I went back to her childhood friend and sent a message to both of them in a group facebook chat which is how we originally connected. Cherie removed her self from the chat and unfriended her childhood friend who feels terrible about Cheries behavior. Blessing Capital will always do what is right by our clients and will continue to help small businesses get the capital they need. Unfortunately people like Cherie try to bully and take advantage of small business owners who honor contracts. The bank does not want to work with her after her melt down. Blessing Capital continued to reach out to her and attempted to provide a solution and she refuses to answer any calls, text or emails. We wish her all the best. One thing she is correct about is after this experience I did need some professional help so I have been doing more meditation, yoga and massage. :-)
