  I recently used Angela and her group for a quick turn around property closing and they did a terrific job. I have used two other Tucson title agencies in recent years and this group did such a better job there is just no comparison. I highly recommend using Pioneer Title on Ajo Way for a quick efficient property closing with outstanding customer service. Thanks again ladies for a great job.

  Unfortunately this was one of the worst title and escrow experiences in 10 years of real estate, and I was also the seller. I don't enjoy giving poor reviews, and normally wouldn't but I would hate for anyone to experience what I did. I have personally been through over 400 transactions with just about every title company in Tucson, mostly all the same. This transaction Pioneer not only showed complete incompetence from the start, but horrendous service. We worked with Team Angela, Claudia, and Evette. From the start, Pioneer did not read the purchase contract or multiple emails, they simply sent out docs blind. When we asked what was going on, the response was "I apologize I don't read those emails or look at the contract." That's a bit scary considering Real Estate can be a person's largest asset. Closing process was a nightmare, terrible communication and extremely rude comments to myself (seller) and all parties. Keep in mind, this review is coming from a very easy going, experienced veteran realtor. If I was just a seller with no experience I would have been confused upset and lost. I highly recommend avoiding this team, as this was a nightmare. The area manager called and left a message to discuss the issues, I called back and my call was never returned. A simple polite call and some professionalism would've gone a long way, unfortunately I received neither.
