      This lender has been a nightmare work with. The self service option online is always down and the call-in option goes in circles. I've never had so many issues with just wanting to know what my balance was. Can't wait to finish my loan with these guys.

      This credit union and the staff are not five stars they are 10 stars. Off the chart and absolutely the best team ever. I have been banking with First for a couple decades and they are second to none. They need to bring the second rated First Credit Unions to Tucson so Tucson can show them how its done. Bring us another branch...It can be small, it does not need to be earth shattering but bring it... And give these ladies a pay raise! They all deserve it... Dig deep and the loyalty will be there for a lifetime...

      My experience going through a mortgage loan was exceptional. My loan officer Cindy Gonzales was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My computer skills are limited and she walked me every step of the way, the closing was a week earlier due to the efficient employees at First credit union! Thank you again Cindy!

      This is the best banking experience I have ever had. I have never had anyone be rude.........ever. Just the opposite, they greet me by name and always with a smile. They financed both of my trucks, I'm very happy, thanks guys.
