  Kami was amazingly fast with correspondence and giving updates when our financial situation fluctuated. She was so helpful to us as first time home buyers and was always there to answer literally hundreds of questions we had about nearly every step of the process. She was absolutely outstanding and we love our home!

  I've been intentionally putting off writing this review until I've had the opportunity to work on multiple deals with Kami, so that my words here were not based merely on the very positive first impressions I had. As a Realtor, I have to be very thoughtful about who I send my clients to for their mortgage needs. Much like a Realtor, a Mortgage Broker is a critical part of the homebuying process that can make or break a transaction. I have sent multiple clients now to Kami. Whether they ended up pursuing a home purchase or decided to wait, Kami has provided exceptional service from the very first step. There is not a single thing I would change about how she conducts business. For those clients that have closed, these transactions had their own sets of unique hurdles. From builder delays to appraisal issues, fires seemed to pop up in every deal. Where other Mortgage Brokers would lay down and say "I didn't cause it, so I'm not going to deal with it.", Kami was proactive in collaborating with me to solve these problems so that, no matter who caused them, the client would not be the one to suffer from them. What I appreciate about Kami as a business partner and a service provider is that she consistently is trying to learn more about what she does and how she can provide more value to her clients. I can trust that if she encounters a problem, she's is going to solve it. Not simply because it's her job to do so, but because she wants to do so. She wants to be better at what she does, and that is a quality that everyone should look for in any service provider. And beyond her remarkably consistent professionalism is a genuinely pleasant person. Kami is wonderful to work with. She is enjoyable to communicate with and makes what can be a stressful process - buying a home - a much more pleasant experience. Life is too short to work with people who don't enrich our lives. That's why I send my clients to Kami and why they have such a positive experience working with her. It's a privilege to work with someone so in-tune with their client's needs. If you are considering purchasing a home, refinancing, or simply have lending-related questions, you would be making a mistake not to give Kami a call. She is truly an expert in not only Mortgage Brokerage, but all around Customer Service.

  Kami has worked with us on both the purchase of a new home and the sale of another one. In this crazy market, putting in timely offers is important and Kami was readily available to assist us, even at 9:30 at night to make sure we could get our offer in. Kami also explained things in a way that made sense to us. There have been no hiccups or issues with closing on either of our places, even with a fast closing deadline on the purchase of our new home. This is the best experience that I've had with a broker and am very impressed with how quickly Kami is able to get things done.

  Kami was great! She took the time to answer any and all my questions. She made sure I had at the very least weekly update and was willng to provide more update if I wanted them. I highly recommend using Kami for your mortgage needs whether you are buying a home or just doing a refi.

  Kami Feldman was the best ! I'm self employed, so the refi process is way more difficult All the income documentation and verification can be so time consuming. Kami streamlined alot of the process to make our refi as simple as possible. We pulled some money out and got a fixed rate and still have a very affordable monthly payment. thanx so much Kami you rock !

  I reached out to Kami for refinancing, she responded promptly. She efficiently let me know the documentation I would need, met me at my home to finalize all the paperwork, and communicated with me daily on the progress of approval and closing.
