  I was so overwhelmed with getting a new car anxiety truly on 100 and I came into carhop and Tammy this wonderful women was able to get me into a car right away she explained everything to the T so I could feel more comfortable I’m so excited to be driving away in a carhop car and I would be sure to let me other friends and family know about the amazing team here.

  Great experience! This was my first car purchase so I was very detailed and received all the information I asked for. When I did not understand something to my best ability Sheali explained so I could. Also worked with what is best for you and doable. Left happy and with the car I wanted.

  They are so amazing and helpful! They had other clients but managed all of us at once and got me a great car for a great deal, same day!! Wilfredo, Jen (aloha Jen!) And Nicole are so good at what they do! Thanks guys your the best!

  My husband and I went to Carhop to look for a vehicle. Heather the branch manager was amazing. We showed up an hour before the store closed and she was not phased by it at all. She was patient and answered all of our questions we had. We were able to get in a car the same day with our terrible credit. Heather also stayed for 2 hours after they closed to seal the deal! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and has less than perfect credit.

  I was pre-approved online, set up an appointment for today. I don't look that great on credit due to different circumstances so I was nervous and hesitant. I thought so ya I'm pre-approved but what kind of loan!? Honestly I'm pleasantly surprised 😊 Nicole is the best! I am home with a reliable vehicle and the terms of the loan were so much better than I imagined! I hope she finally got to eat lunch! It was pretty busy and I feel she greeted and helped everyone who walked in with the same enthusiasm and heart to help 😊 thank you Nicole!!

  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!! The customer service is absolute trash. They will argue and definitely not help you. They claim to be for people who are having tough times but they tend to make times tougher. They will ask personal questions that don't pertain to them at all and say you are in the wrong for not giving them that information. The car is trash as well. We have had nothing but problems with it which they also dont care to hear about. I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. So DO NOT GO HERE! Try elsewhere and you'll be happier.
