  I would recommend buyers use a different Title company. This business sets it’s own hours based on their personal schedules. They are in absolutely no hurry to close the deal for you. If they decide they want a long holiday weekend they will simply close the place during normal business days. They really don’t care if banks and post offices, etc. are open or not. If you hope to close on time, go down the street to somewhere more reliable. We learned the hard way and it cost us a lot of money.

  Professional, kind, and everything is accurate. Business hours the same as banks, 8-5, making it easy to get everyone accommodated.

  Had a closing there recently. They had coffee and candy for us as we waited for everyone to get there. For the older crowd, it's in the old Blockbuster building across from the Larks stadium.

  Talk about professional people. Stopped in for info and help and totally blew away bye the receptionist and knowledge of helping me with my situation. Ps. Love your new sign.
