  Mr. Darin Ketterling was able to work with me on refinancing my home to a lower 30 year fixed rate where I am saving over $250+ a month--or $3,000 a year! I was able to skip two mortgage payments, got money back from my current escrow account, and I didn't have to bring any money down at closing. I obtained quotes from another lender named "Rocket Mortgage" and Darin and his team were able to beat the other lender by a mile. If you are in the market or looking to refinance your property, I would definitely recommend America's Home Loans. Thank you, America's Home Loans!   Doing a mortgage with America’s Home Loans has got to be the easiest, smoothest, and fastest refi that I have ever experienced.   America’s Home Loan was suggested to me after a less than pleasant experience with my banking institution. I had applied with my bank, in which I had great standing, a large savings nest age, and strong credit history to be initially approved. After finding a home I wanted to make an offer on, and returning to my bank for final approval, I was informed they had made a paperwork error and the loan amount I could be approved for was $40,000 less. What a difference that made! I was shocked and upset, and it was suggested by a friend that I go and meet with Darin at America’s Home Loan. Darin was able to immediately sit down with me and start running initial numbers. He ran multiple loan scenarios for me as a first time home buyer, talking me through the process. Not only was Darin able to get me approved for the amount I had initially been approved for by my banking institution, he was also able to lock me into a great rate, and a down payment that came out to be thousands less than I had initially anticipated! Darin has been available to me even after my home closing to answer questions I have had regarding taxes and assessments. This was all done while I was moving from Bismarck to another location in ND for work. I would recommend not only Darin, but America’s Home Loans to anyone looking for a mortgage company who is easy to work with.

  Austin is great to work with! He made the process worry-free and easy. He was very easy to get a hold of with questions. He is professional and had all the answers to my questions.   Darin with America's home loans was a mortgage banker that I will never forget how well he was to work with. Darin treated me like a friend not just another client, he would give me updates on the interest rates daily and explain the process of each step. This was my fourth home loan and I have went to a different lender each time. I feel that Darin was the best to deal with and would and will use him again because of his dedication and willing to work hard and being efficient during the building and closing of my home. Darin and his team and America's home loans will do everything possible to make sure you get the best rate and your closing goes smoothly and fast. I suggest to use them.

  We reached out to Darin and started the home loan process. When we asked questions, he gave quick responses, but we had to reach out in order to get those responses. We repeatedly called and emailed to ensure that we were on track and that he didn't need anything from us. Throughout this, he repeatedly stated that we were good to go and that there were no concerns. Fast forward to two weeks before our closing date and he tells someone that is not even on the purchase agreement that we need to sell our current property, otherwise it's not going to happen. The person that he told this to called me (who is a family member of mine) and tells me this, which is concerning because we are 1) two weeks away from closing and 2) he's sharing all of this information with people that aren't on the purchase agreement AND HE NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME. I had to reach out and talk to his son to hear all of this. Needless to say, we switched lenders and went to Guaranteed Rate, who was able to get us a lower interest rate with less down (for the same loan period) AND get us to close on time without having to sell our other property. I wouldn't recommend Americas Homes Loan to anyone - unless you like being kept out of the loop on your own loan.
