  My wife and I went through Travis Lang and his team at Guaranteed rate, and I will admit that at the end of the day they delivered on every promise. I had started off searching for a lender about 9 months before closing (new construction/ VA) and was testing the waters for a lender that would get me the best rate and would level with me every step of the way (this was my first home). I had been referred to Travis by a co-worker of mine (who was fiscally & financially savvy) and he said hands down go to Travis. With that said I did shop around, but I remember what Travis said to me on our first conversation, "Luke I don't want to waste your time or mine, you find whomever you think has the best rate and I'll beat them". Fast Forward 9 months later (like its was a baby being nurtured and birthed from the womb), I find that all the questions, conversations, follow-ups, and hardwork that went into getting to closing day has paid off. Travis is just one guy and my hat is off to him, but I must mention that Monica Corona was amazing. I know there were other behind the scenes individuals, but she was superb. Thanks Travis to all of your Guaranteed Rate staff, I know I may have been less than pleasant sometimes but thank you for everything! Luke & Liz

  Travis and his team are top of the line. His communication was clear and ongoing. He was available all throughout the process with any question I needed. His team was the same. Guaranteed Rate is not just a lender, it is family. Better than family. Love and care that was not needed was provided and made the experience the best we have had in purchasing 3 houses and refinancing. Best of the best here.

  I chose to work with Travis Lang because I also work for a builder and Travis with Guaranteed Rate is our preffered lender. From the start, I knew it would be a long shot for me because I had a lower credit score and some old debt. Travis and his crew were able to work through my caseload diligently and find ways I could pay down debt and still have money for closing. I would recommend Travis and Guaranteed Rate for all mortgages, but especially 1st time buyers or even 2nd time buyers with hiccups in their credit. Great job Travis and crew!! Much appreciated!!

  We switched to Travis from another lender due to customer service issues. Travis was recommended to us and we couldn’t have been happier throughout our home buying process. When any problem arose, Travis was there with knowledge-based back solutions and it made our experience buying our first home much less stressful.   I looked for a few years at different loan options and kept getting denied. I stumbled across guaranteed rate and Travis was very easily able to get me approved and the process was pretty simple. Travis was a huge help and kept me up to date on things that needed to be completed. Finally a home owner and I honestly would have given up again if it was from Travis's help!!

  It was fantastic so much better then this other company I was working with JQ Leading it took them a year and half to get something going and then back out on me after a 1½ years of working with me. It was a headache Travis and his crew at Guaranteed Rates. They were fantastic easy to work with nice carrying people all the way around and it was fast to I closed on my house in 3 weeks after the first phone call. So thank again to all you again for your hospitality.

  Working with Guaranteed Rate was a great experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout the process as well.   Travis and his team were super friendly and easy to work with. When I told him in late October that my goal was to buy a house before Christmas, he jumped right in and got the ball rolling.   I recently graduated from college and upon getting placed in a new state for work started looking into buying a home rather than renting. Travis was very kind and helpful especially to a first time home buyer. He laid out all my options from the start and helped me understand what each one meant. During the process, he let me know the steps coming in the future and what I needed to do to keep everything on track. There was a small lack in communication towards the end but Travis made sure that everything was done in a timely manner and that's all I ever could have asked for. Overall great experience. I'm happy I chose Travis as my lender!
