  Big Dreams need BIG Financial and Advisory Services After being a social worker for 18 years an opportunity of a lifetime was presented to me, to own my own business. I needed someone to help me with the steps to get there. I reached out to the Council of Smaller Enterprises, COSE to provide some insight.
